This 2012 Jeep Patriot contacted us looking to replace their radio and install a Dash Camera/Reverse Camera Combo.
While the factory Jeep radio did have an auxiliary port, it lacked Bluetooth and USB connectivity making it a good candidate for upgrade going forward.
After removing the factory radio, we began installing all the accessories that came with the new Double Din like the Bluetooth Microphone, GSP Antenna, and USB Cable.
After mounting the new Radio in the dash, we proceeded to test all of the features and confirm functionality before we began installing the Backup Camera and Dash Camera.
This Backup Camera from Auto-Vox mounts using the factory license plate bolts for a relatively modification free installation!
Lastly, we mounted the rearview mirror dash camera and confirmed that all of our connections for the rear camera were functioning the way the manufacturer intended!
