This 2007 Acura RDX reached out to us after deciding to upgrade his speakers! He had already picked out some Rockford Fosgate Prime R165-S for the front doors, and a Rockford Fosgate P3SD4-8 for the Rear!
We took the doors apart and discovered that someone else had previously installed a set of aftermarket speakers, they had also removed the tweeters from the sail panels which would help explain the reason this car was sounding so strange. After installing the Rockford Fosgate Prime R165-S components this car really started to wake up!
Lastly, we installed a Kicker CXA300.1 mono amplifier under the driver seat to let the Rockford Fosgate P3SD4-8 really have the best shot at getting the most output! We disassembled the rear passenger side of the vehicle to get to the factory subwoofer, and the P3SD4 dropped right into the OEM enclosure!
